Shipping Policy

UNITED STATES AND ITS TERRITORIES:

  • Please provide complete physical address to include contact phone number and fax number if available. Policy will not permit shipment's to a P.O. Box. 

  • Pepper Sprays can not be shipped outside the continental US, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.

  • Mace, Pepper Sprays or any type of weapon, can not be shipped by any method other than GROUND.

  • Stunguns or Devices can not be shipped to Ill, MA, MI or NY. Review State - Local Laws.

  • Tasers can not be shipped to the following states: New York, Massachusetts, Illinois, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Wisconsin, Michigan, Hawaii, or the city of Philadelphia, PA.

    •  Review State - Local Laws.

  • Blowguns can not be shipped to CA or MA. Review State - Local Laws.

  • Must be Eighteen to place an Order. Buyer represents on placement of order that all policies have been read and understood and that products purchased will be used in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age. Warning - Use and misuse of personal defense products can involve serious risks, including injury, disability,  death. User assumes all risks of injury.

  • Butterfly Knives can not be shipped to CA or MA.

    • Review State - Local Laws.

  • Mace, Pepper Sprays, Tasers, Blowguns, Knives to include any type of weapon, can not be delivered to a Post Office Box, a complete physical address is required, to include contact phone number. Mace, Pepper Sprays, Tasers, Blowguns, Knives to include any type of weapon, can not be delivered/shipped outside the United States to include its territories.

  • We do not accept International Credit Cards, Money Order or Non US Issued Bank Cards, nor International orders.

  • We do accept Credit Cards, Money Orders, Cashier Checks, Personal Checks issued by  Domestic US Banks.

  • Checks are cleared, prior to shipment of product. This can result in delivery delays.

  • We are extremely aggressive in the pursuit against those who attempt fraudulent  transactions and credit card fraud against Vaughan & Associates and any of its subsidiaries.

All United States orders are processed and forwarded for shipment the same day or within 24 hours via UPS Ground.* Shipping is FREE (Continental USA orders only) if you order a minimum of $75.00 from our web site. UPS Ground shipping is $6.95 and will be automatically calculated into your total upon check out for orders under $75.00. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territory orders must be shipped by 2nd Day Air, at your cost, as Ground service is unavailable to these areas. Shipping cost for these areas will be emailed to you for you to accept or decline. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, you may do so, however, it will be at your cost, and will be added to your order. Please note in the comment section if you would like to upgrade your shipping when checking out, as upgraded shipping is not automatically calculated, and must be requested. Cost for upgrade in shipping is as follows:

  • UPS Next Day Air - $75.00

  • UPS 2nd Day Air - $25.00

  • *Orders received by 12 Noon Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will process the same day, excluding holidays. Orders received after that time, or on weekends, will process the following business day. We are not responsible for any UPS delay in shipment or scheduled delivery times. Provide a physical address and not a PO Box for the shipping address. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. *Once your order ships, a shipment confirmation and tracking number will be available on your request. This will enable you to track your order along with the scheduled delivery date. If you place your order by mail, phone, or fax, and do not wish to provide your email address, please feel free to contact us for your tracking number. We do not give away, sell, or rent your personal information including your email address to anyone. Our privacy policy is posted. We ship using only UPS, therefore, all orders will ship via UPS.  We are able to provide our customers with quality shipping services, tracking of packages, and ensured delivery. For money order, cashier check, please be sure to add the appropriate shipping costs (if applicable). For offline orders (mail or fax) please visit offline ordering page.     Return Policy

    Our number one priority is customer service and customer satisfaction.
    Return Policy - We offer a 10-day money back guarantee on our self defense items. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 10 days of receipt. We only ask that you follow our guidelines when doing so. We do not pay for return shipping. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of returned item once we receive it.                      Please allow 7-10 days for processing returns.
    If you need to return an order, please read the following:

    • Contact us by email for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Provide your name, order number, order date, what you would like to return, daytime telephone number, and reason for return. The RMA number must be on your return shipping label. If it is not, your package may be refused and sent back to you. We receive samples from different companies and individuals. If we accept/receive a package and it does not have an RMA number on the box, it can result in a delay in processing.
      Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery date. All delivery dates are kept on file. If you are unsure of your delivery date, put your tracking number that we emailed you into the tracking mechanism at www.ups.com and you will be able to confirm the date.        Returns accepted without RMA number or received after 10 days will only be eligible for store credit and subject to 30% restocking fee.
       IMPORTANT - The product must be returned in resalable condition with all original packaging, accessories and accompanying literature. If we receive your product without the accompanying accessories and documentation, you will not get a refund or a store credit. If you lost something that goes with your order, you can not return it.
    • Videos - Since video tapes can be copied, Refunds are not given nor are they returnable. No refunds on video cameras, surveillance cameras or related equipment.
      You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. If you want to return it, you must pay for shipping the item yourself. If, however, we make a mistake on your order, we will reimburse you the cost of shipping your order back to us via Ground or Standard only.
    • No Overnight or Express methods will be reimbursed. We will reship your order the same way we shipped it to you initially at no additional charge.
      Please send your return via UPS since this method is easily tracked. If you prefer to use US Mail, please insure the package and include delivery confirmation. It is the customers responsibility to insure the returned item safely arrives at Tradekraft..
